Renegade Pre Cask Rum Dunfermline Column Still 50% 70cl
An unaged rum from the new Renegade Distillery in Grenada which was set up by Mark Reynier of Waterford and Bruichladdich distillery fame. This has been made using free run cane juice from plants grown on the Dunfermline estate, itself once home to a distillery. Once fermented the wash has been distilled in their continuous stills. The soil here is clay loam and the site is in the north east of the island. Lacalome Red is the name given to the sucrose rich cane variety and the terroir is nicknamed Mango Lane.
