White Wine
White wine is a wine that is fermented without skin contact. The colour can be straw-yellow, yellow-green, or yellow-gold. It is produced by the alcoholic fermentation of the non-coloured pulp of grapes, which may have a skin of any colour. White wine has existed for at least 4,000 years.

Red Wine
Red wine is a type of wine made from dark-colored grape varieties. The color of the wine can range from intense violet, typical of young wines, through to brick red for mature wines and brown for older red wines. The the red colour comes from anthocyanin pigments present in the skin of the grape. Much of the red wine production process involves extraction of colour and flavour components from the grape skin.

Rosé Wine
A rosé is a type of wine that incorporates some of the color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine. It may be the oldest known type of wine, as it is the most straightforward to make with the skin contact method. The pink color can range from a pale "onionskin" orange to a vivid near-purple, depending on the grape varieties used and winemaking techniques. Usually, the wine is labelled rosé in French, Portuguese, and English-speaking countries, rosado in Spanish, or rosato in Italian.

Orange Wine
Orange wine, also known as skin-contact white wine, skin-fermented white wine or amber wine, is a type of wine made from white wine grapes where the grape skins are not removed, as in typical white wine production, and stay in contact with the juice for days or even months. This contrasts with conventional white wine production, which involves crushing the grapes and quickly moving the juice off the skins into the fermentation vessel. The skins contain color pigment, phenols and tannins that would normally be considered undesirable for white wines, while for red wines skin contact and maceration is a vital part of the winemaking process that gives red wine its color, flavor, and texture.

Bubbles
Sparkling wine can be produced anywhere in the world but there are certain types, like Champagne, Prosecco and Cava that can only come from a specific region.
The two most common sparkling winemaking methods are the “traditional” method and “charmat” or “tank” method.
For the most part, regions that are known for sparkling wine production use grapes that are native to the area.
Looking for a refreshing Prosecco or a great Champagne - pretty sure you will find what you are looking for.

Sherry & Port
Sherry is a fortified wine made from white grapes that are grown near the city of Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia, Spain. Sherry is produced in a variety of styles made primarily from the Palomino grape, ranging from light versions similar to white table wines, such as Manzanilla and fino, to darker and heavier versions that have been allowed to oxidise as they age in barrel, such as Amontillado and oloroso. Sweet dessert wines are also made from Pedro Ximénez or Moscatel grapes, and are sometimes blended with Palomino-based sherries.
Port wine is a Portuguese fortified wine produced in the Douro Valley of northern Portugal. It is typically a sweet red wine, often served with dessert, although it also comes in dry, semi-dry, and white varieties.

Aperitif
An apéritif is a refreshing alcoholic drink that is served before a meal to stimulate the appetite. Sort of a liquid appetizer, apéritifs may be served to mingling guests during a dinner party (with or without food) or while preparing your own dinner on an average night. They are also an excellent way to unwind from the day. From Campari and Aperol to cocktails like the martini, apéritifs offer a delightful and flavorful drinking experience.
