By means of the steam distillation system, a slow and constant distillation rhythm is achieved, which allows the most appreciated aromatic components to appear.
The "Martín Códax" brandy is the result of the work, passion and will of our people, who have contributed all their experience to obtain one of the most traditional and valued products of Galicia.
