An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.
Nose: Bitter dark chocolate, overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple
Palate: Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan
Finish: Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges
