A whiskey matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry European oak butts. Expertly selected at the discretion of the Master Blender and proudly produced in a limited number at Royal Oak Distillery.
Aromatic complexity with leathery tobacco notes, soft lingering spice, and sumptuous autumnal fruits – figs, sultanas, prunes, damsons, bound together with exquisite caramelized balsamic tones. Resinous notes of distinguished oak and fragrant sandalwood create an elegant, smooth finish.
Double aged in Bourbon and Orloroso Sherry casks - triple distilled.
Nose: Dried fruits, floral notes, Pine essence
Palate: Intense, woody, sweet, nutty, astringent. Chocolate mouthfeel.
Finish: Warm, Tobacco finish
