Blend of two grape varieties: SYRAH & MARSELAN. A grape variety recognized worldwide, Syrah, ubiquitous in the South of France, which brings nose the black fruits, ripe and in the mouth the velvety and the flexibility. An original grape variety, the Marselan, mediterranean for the last fifteen years, and perfectly adapted to its warm and sunny climate. he is the "Metis" of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, and gives the wine a deep color.
The color is deep, with violet hues.
The nose offers a very intense bouquet of aromas and gourmand of confit black fruits, blackcurrant, violet, Vanilla, pastry cream and slightly toasted notes.
The mouth is fruity, full, sweet, with a beautiful finishing rich and gourmande.
Selection of top-of-the-range wines the Languedoc region very nice maturity.
A traditional vinification with a long maceration. Extraction by pumping or shedding. Breeding on staves for part of the Syrah (French oak staves, medium heating) to bring structure in mouth and roasted notes. The breeding of part of the Marselan with french oak, for the gourmet and vanilla flavor.
