Winter Warmer Mulled Wine

The perfect Winter Warmer, a quick and easy Mulled Wine recipe, the aromas and flavours will heat up those bones. We like to say it feels like a warm hug!

How do you make it?

  • STEP 1

    Put the winter warmer mulled wine, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, lemon zest and sugar in a large pan. Cook on a low heat for 10 mins, never to boiling

  • STEP 2

    Remove from the heat and cool, leaving all the flavours to infuse for about 20 mins

  • STEP 3

    To serve, warm gently and pour into mugs or heatproof glasses and ENJOY!
